Food & Beverage Manager required for Boutique Hotel in Bedfordview . Candidates with 6+ years F&B management experience will be considered. Person will be responsible for overall food & beverage operations, will manage all stock and purchasing. Main duties will include stock control and all stock related administration. Looking for a strong communicator and someone with exceptional organizing skills. Must be skilled in health and safety and have the ability to work under pressure.
