Looking for individuals with 6+ years relevant head chef experience. Formal cooking/culinary arts qualification will be beneficial. Must have experience in an a la carte full service Restaurant environment. The suitable candidate will be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation, food quality control, food cost control, kitchen administration, health-safety procedures, staff management, task delegation, staff training, stock loss and waste control. Looking for someone who is passionate about kitchens, hardworking and able to work under pressure. Must be able to run a pass. Applicants must be strong in leading / running a kitchen brigade.
