Established Franchise Restaurant in Brooklyn area Pretoria is looking for a 2IC / Senior Manager. Candidates with 6+ years Restaurant management experience in a franchise Restaurant will be preferred. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation front and back of house. Looking for an individual who is skilled in franchise Restaurant systems & administration. Must be able to maintain franchise standards and must understand what shop visits and shop reports area. Experience running Mr D / Uber Eats systems essential. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills.
