The suitable candidate will be able to coordinate and manage a production kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation, food quality control, food cost control, kitchen administration, health-safety procedures, staff management, task delegation, staff training, stock loss and waste control. Looking for someone who is passionate about kitchens, hardworking and able to work under pressure. Formal cooking/culinary arts qualification will be beneficial.
