Established Fast Food Restaurant in the Midrand area is looking for a Senior Manager. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience in a franchise fast food Restaurant will be preferred. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation front and back of house. Looking for an individual who is skilled in franchise Restaurant systems & administration. Experience running Mr D / Uber Eats systems essential. Looking for a loyal candidate with contactable references. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and who works well in a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and staff training skills. Duties will also include stock control, opening & closing procedures. Salary 15 – 20 K net depending on experience.
