60 Room Hotel in Lagos Victoria Island is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing.
Applicants need to have the following attributes for the position;
• Prior hotel experience is required with relevant sales and event services experience – minimum 5 years preferably worked in Africa
• Fluent in English – excellent communicator
• Professional presentations skills
• Innovative thinker that will challenge business processes and concepts to drive results.
• Comfortable in cold calling
• Solid sales, marketing, and revenue background in the luxury hotel market
• Must be creative and strategic in developing marketing/advertising campaigns and be managing various social media platforms
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be proficient with computers as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet
• Comfortable working with Opera PMS
• Flexible to work some nights and weekends, when necessary, based on business and staffing needs
Salary US$ 2000 (with additional bonus on monthly targets when met)
