Sous Chef position available with busy Italian Restaurant in Fourways. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and or kitchen management experience. Main focus will be staff management, quality control, general kitchen management duties and food preparation. Knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Suitable candidate must be able to expedite orders in a busy environment. Looking for someone that can coordinate customer orders and who can work the pass efficiently. Only candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hard working and able to work in a busy kitchen. Salary R 13000 – 16000 K CTC.
