Office Administrator is Required by a Company in Pretoria
Switchboard duties
Invoicing and courier deliveries and collections
Processing of all purchase orders for new and repairs items from receipt to delivery
Follow ups for all outstanding orders / PODs
Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Maintaining a system for organizing company documents and day to day admin/documents.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years’ experience in an administration position.
Experience in the Solar Industry will be an advantage
