HR ADMINISTRATOR
NIGEL, GAUTENG

 

Purpose:

This position is the point of contact between the company and employees for all employee related queries. The HRA needs to ensure that data relating to all personnel activities are accurately recorded. The role ensure that HR data is properly maintained thereby ensuring Labour Law and SMETA/URSA compliance as well as minimizing risk and loss for the company.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 Years’ experience in HR supporting role
• Dealing with 100+ employees
• Advanced MS Office (Strong Excel)
• Knowledge of Labour Laws (BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA)
• Visio, ERS Biometrics and Afiswitch (advantageous)
• Dealing with union matters
• Strong Recruitment, Training & Admin skills
• Diploma / Degree in HR Management
• Must reside in/or near the area or be willing to relocate
