Fitter & Turner urgently required for a Manufacturing company.

Paarden Island, Cape Town! To start ASAP.

Rate:  110 to 140 ph.

Repairs, site work, installations and general technical services.

Skills Requirements:

–      Grade 12 (Matric) N3 or equivalent

–      Fitter and Turner Qualification

–      Minimum of 4 years in manufacturing

General Rules and Notes to be applied:

Adhere to the company’s management system (ISO 9001:2015) by:

Have awareness of the management system.
Fully completing job cards as and when finishing each stage of manufacturing
Ensuring that training sheets are completed when internal training is conducted

Job Description

·       Fill the position of general fitting and turning

·       Assess, strip and quote of repairs warranties

·       Installation and Site work

·       Assist external and internal sales with technical hydraulic work

·       General maintenance

·       Maintaining workshop tidiness and cleanliness

Health and Safety

·       Adhere to safety regulations

·       Report any incidents to the necessary authorities
