EdgeCam Programmer with Supervisor AND Stores experience.
(HURCO VM10i, HURCO VM20i,VICTOR V Centre, 102 Milling Machines, Feeler FTC20, Goodway GA-2600 and Turning Machines).
Essential:
· Experienced in the field of Production and jobbing (10 years+)
· Program manually as well as CAD/CAM software
(Download programs and set machine accordingly).
· Can read technical drawing and help with quoting.
· Overlook workshop and control the tool room.
· Must have EDGECAM basic Milling & Turning Certificate.
· EDGECAM Advanced certificates or any other EDGECAM certificates is an advantage.
Duties:
– Issue tooling to machinist based off’ the program written (by the candidate) using EDGECAM software,
– Ensure he tooling required for the job is correct,
– Stock control for the tooling is well maintained,
– Oversee/Supervise all machinist on floor and ensure the jobs are machined/set up correctly.
– Assist with compiling quotations.
Final salary will be considered based off’ the employee’s performance/experience.
