Smoke Ventilation Specialist:
Functions will include:
Mainstream marketing and selling to: Roofing Contractors, Main Contractors, Project Management Companies, Air Conditioning Companies, Property & Industrial Developers, Fire Departments
Responsibilities include:
· To take ownership of projects provided and close the sale by means of quotation preparation, price negotiations and general relationship management.
· Business development.
· Canvassing of new projects from project management companies, consultants, main contractors, roofing contractors and building sites in the industry to grow turnover.
· Providing ventilation solutions to close the sale on end user sales leads.
· Product sales and relationship marketing to key account customers.
· Penetration of opposition strongholds.
· General administration function and feedback on project status.
· Any other task given by the Sales & Contracting Director or Managing Director.
