Experienced SHEQ Officer/ QC & QA + 5 years SHEQ Management experience!
In the Manufacturing and repairs of components Industry.
Must have ISO9001 Audits experience!
Someone that can hit the ground running.
We need a strong person that can take charge, must be assertive, strict and must get things done without having to be micromanaged.
The primary goal is to document, maintain, and audit safety and quality systems in the organisation.
Maintaining the ISO 9001 qualification certification and obtaining ISO 45001 and 14001 qualifications.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements including POPIA and COVID-19 related obligations.
Internal Audits and reporting.
Quality assurance (Supplier audits etc).
Non-conformity control and managing the QIR system.
Monitoring quality and safety compliance.
Managing First aiders, SHE reps, fire fighters and all other relevant appointments.
Reporting Injury on duty and investigating and reporting on causes.
Completing the SHEQ related parts of tenders and external audits.
Documenting, implementing systems to achieve ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications.
Ensuring health and safety related training is up to date.
POPIA Information Officer. (Ensuring compliance with POPIA Act)
COVID-19 Compliance Officer. (Managing COVID-19 related implementations)
Chair health and safety committee and Management review meetings.
SAMTRAC/NEBOSH / Safety Management degree.
Total Quality Management / Quality management Diploma.
IT Related qualification (beneficial).
ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 internal auditor (beneficial).
Excel, Word, Outlook and Evolution.
Compiling audit reports.
