Office Administrator is Required by a Company in Kempton Park

Customer quotations

Switchboard duties

Invoicing and courier deliveries and collections

Processing of all purchase orders for new and repairs items from receipt to delivery

Be able to do imports and exports

Full stock control

Follow ups for all outstanding orders / PODs

Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Maintaining a system for organizing company documents and day to day admin/documents.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years’ experience in an administration position.

Proficient with Pastel for invoicing purposes.

Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.

An ability to work to deadlines.
