2+ Years’ experience as Personal Assistant
Booking of flights and accommodation for Directors
Meeting and Boardroom scheduling and calendar scheduling for executives
Taking minutes of meetings
Drafting of letters and telephone switch board operations and taking down and giving of messages timeously
Making coffee for visitors and organizing snacks and beverages for meetings
Stationery and kitchen & office consumables purchasing and stock control
Post office collections weekly. Arranging courier collections
Strong Ms Office skills
Fluent in both Afrikaans & English languages
Must have own transport and driver’s license
Hours: 07h30 – 16h30
R7000 – R9000 plus Death & Disability Insurance plus basic Medical Insurance
Up to Date CV in Ms Word format
Qualification (Matric / Diploma)
