Payroll Administrator


More than 30 years' experience in the recruitment industry

Payroll Administrator is Required by a Manufacturing Company in Germiston
End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff.
Calculate bonusses and allowances.
Some accounting functions such as creditors.
Collate payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly.
Prepare and remit monthly contributions.
Input new employees and terminations on the system, as well as changes to information.
Work closely with Human resources.
Year-end processing and reconciliation including payment summaries.
Complete monthly SITE, PAYE, medical aid, industrial council, union returns.
EMP501 calculations and submissions on e-filing.
Qualification and skills required:
2 – 5 years’ experience in payroll.
Payroll qualification.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
Sage Pastel payroll is a must.
