Salary:                             R15000 – R17000 p/m neg on exp

Benefits:                         5% of basic salary contribution to RA.

Requirements

Grade 12
A+ and N+ or similar IT related qualification
Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems (Linux or Windows), applications and networking
Network monitoring experience
Basic systems administration tasks
Experience in the installation and set-up of networks, servers or workstations (beneficial)
Advanced Excel and Word skills
1 – 2 years practical experience
Own transport preferred
Duties

Manage network & monitoring systems of clients according to SLA’s
Act on alarms or commands on displays
Perform system admin tasks & maintain database of monitored objects
Do health checks & compile reports
Provide 1st line support on systems
Improvements on health checks on a regular basis
Update client & engineer of changes made
Compile daily, weekly & monthly QA reports
Generate standard report on request
Patch and/or hot fix release testing completed
Maintain RT system
