Experienced Office and full Administration lady urgently required for an Engineering Company. Preferably candidates from in and around Centurion. Looking for a candidate that does no job hopping; stable work record and wants to stay with the company for many years to come! Own transport. Permanent position. Duties: All rounder in the Office, excellent communication skills, fully computer literate and be able to assist Office Manageress (assist with all the duties and able to run the office if Manageress is a day off) Take charge and full control of the office when needed, answering telephone, calls, invoicing, doing statements, Sales, taking orders, in touch with the operations of the company, excellent Client and telephone skills. Some accounting will be an advantage. Client is currently working on Quickbooks and looking for someone that can and will be able to change the current system to a new one such as Pastel etc.
