Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main duties will be stock management, variances, and stock reporting. Applicants must be skilled in staff management and able to lead a kitchen brigade. The suitable candidate will have experience in food cost, hygiene, and kitchen administration.
