Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Manage customer portfolio as allocated by MD
  • Achieve targets as set by company
  • Educate customers on new and existing products
  • Market research and feedback
  • Price Management in line with Company’s pricing policy
  • Manage returns and quality issues based on returns policy
  • Monthly reporting
  • Weekly update meetings
  • Adhoc assistance with collections of money and clearance of queries and manage the process with internal partner
  • Routine calling and managing of customer focus on key customers
  • Stock management
  • Updating and maintaining rebates
  • Manage and drive LUM business
  • Manage and drive LED ranges


Luminaire experience or lighting installation essential

Candidate should be out Going, Dynamic and Technically Minded.


Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

SAP an advantage

BW Reporting an advantage
