We recruit candidates based on a client’s job description/s from suitable recruitment sources and our database of candidates.
We conduct structured interviews with candidates to find a suitable match for the client between the candidate and job description. We conduct competency-based interviews for senior positions with a report on request.
We do verification of references given on the CV of the candidate. Personality and/ or aptitude assessments can be conducted by a registered Psychometrist on request. Criminal, credit and ID checks and qualifications verifications are available on request.
We provide a shortlist of best suited candidates based on the job description for the client to interview for potential appointment.
